Key Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

Dive into specifications for large hard bid/lump sum and construction management projects, ensuring every detail is covered.

Lead winning strategies to secure new work and drive success.

Evaluate trade contractor pricing and select the best options for competitive bids.

Attend pre‑tender meetings to ensure accuracy and confidence in bid preparation.

Provide guidance on construction procedures and methods for accurate estimates.

Take ownership of medium‑to‑large estimates or key components of major projects.

Develop critical path schedules to keep projects on track and meet milestones.

Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and trade contractors for pricing advantages.

Maintain and update trade contractor databases for efficiency and accuracy.

Identify risks and opportunities in project documents and market conditions.

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of experience in a similar role.

Industrial site experience working with Pipe fitters is essential.

Post‑secondary diploma or degree in a related discipline or Trade Certificate preferred.

Strong understanding of Union Agreements across various trades.

Advanced blueprint reading skills and solid knowledge of contract documents.
