Position: Experienced Senior Estimator Wanted

Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly analyze specifications and project requirements

• Develop effective strategies for winning bids

• Attend meetings to ensure accurate cost estimates

• Guide construction methodologies for accurate pricing

• Maintain trade contractor databases for efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years experience in estimating

• Essential experience in industrial sites, particularly with Pipe fitters

• Relevant diploma or degree preferable

• Strong knowledge of union agreements

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
