This permanent role requires expertise in estimating labor, materials, and expenses alongside liaising with engineers and contractors. You will prepare detailed estimates and reports to support project feasibility studies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate estimates of labor and material costs

• Collaborate with engineers and architects on adjustments

• Create and submit quote sheets and bids forms

• Maintain a directory of suppliers and contractors

• Conduct economic feasibility studies for proposed projects

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of estimating experience required

• Secondary school graduation certificate

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and estimating software

• Valid driver’s license necessary

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
