This role offers an opportunity to handle customer RFQs and assist with order entry and status updates. You will need strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively. Collaborating with various departments such as Accounting will be part of your daily activities, ensuring a seamless process for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Route and organize customer quote requests efficiently
• Assist with sales representatives’ requirements and client needs
• Cover regular Customer Service duties as needed
• Address customer inquiries, including RMAs and technical questions
• Partner with other departments for effective support
Requirements:
• Experience in customer service or sales support roles
• Skilled in using ERP systems like Epicor
• High attention to detail in data entry tasks
• Previous experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication is an asset
• Ability to interpret basic technical information, a plus
