Customer Experience Associate

Make a meaningful impact in customer service as a Customer Experience Associate in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia. This part-time position focuses on processing transactions and resolving customer inquiries efficiently.

In this role, you will work 15 hours a week in Personal & Commercial Banking, processing deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments while adhering to industry regulations. You'll also understand customer needs, recommend appropriate banking solutions, and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process financial transactions following bank procedures

• Understand customer needs for banking solutions

• Resolve customer concerns using standard procedures

• Promote assigned banking solutions and achieve business goals

• Connect with customers to advise on banking processes

Requirements:

• High school diploma or 1 year of experience

• Undergraduate degree is an asset

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Proficient in MS Office and internet usage

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
