You will support a team responsible for ensuring seamless communication and documentation management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle service calls from clients and prospective customers

• Ensure accuracy in billing and invoicing processes
Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in call centers
• Strong communication skills for diverse customer interactions
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Detail-oriented, with excellent planning abilities
• Experience in service-based environments preferred
