Available for 12–24 hours weekly, this role focuses on closing shifts during weekdays and weekends. Candidates should possess previous customer service experience and strong communication skills to excel. You will play a critical role in ensuring the front desk runs smoothly and safely while delivering excellent service to all gym members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations during evening shifts

• Secure the facility for overnight safety

• Welcome and check in members following proper procedures

• Assist customers via phone, email, and in-person

• Support sales operations with membership inquiries

Requirements:

• Proven customer service background

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Microsoft Office and POS proficiency

• Reliable transportation for commuting

• First Aid certification preferred
