As a Customer Care Associate, you will collaborate with the customer care team on solutions to make amazing happen. You’ll aid our customers and resolve any outstanding issues. The role is based out of our Vancouver, BC office and is a 6‑month contract for bilingual (English/French) applicants.

• Provide world‑class customer service over phone and email, maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Transact and book services and add‑ons for customer orders.
• Partner with the Home Delivery team to gain insight on operations and logistics.
• Have a direct impact on brand image through excellent service delivery.

• Strong communication skills (email and phone).
• Highly skilled in customer escalations in similar retail and web‑retail environments.
• 1–2 years of providing exceptional customer service.
• General computer literacy.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.

• Experience working in a contact center or customer support setting.
• Exposure to sales or order management processes.

Annualized Compensation Range: $37,000.00 – $40,000.00. Starting pay will consider skills and experience; your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
