Step into the role of Electric BIM Coordinator at Ozz Electric, utilizing BIM technology to create and adapt electrical drawings for construction projects. This contract position may lead to a full-time opportunity.

Reporting to the BIM Manager, your role will involve modeling electrical services in Revit, maintaining BIM standards, and collaborating with various trades. Your attention to detail and ability to understand construction processes will be key in developing accurate 3D/2D layouts and managing shop drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model electrical services in Revit adhering to designs

• Maintain BIM standards and ensure quality across projects

• Work closely with other trades for coordination

• Implement vendor shop drawings into 3D elements

• Produce files for site teams to facilitate installation

Requirements:

• College diploma in Architectural Technology or related

• BIM or CAD certification is essential

• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Multidisciplinary experience in construction and design
