• Early Childhood with Infant/Todder Certification
• Experience working with children in a Montessori classroom setting is essential
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
• Proficiency in computer operation and basic computer skills for maintaining records and communication
• Excellent organizational skills to manage classroom activities and resources efficiently
• Demonstrated leadership qualities to guide children positively through their learning journey
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being capable of independent work

• Develop, implement, and oversee toddler activities for infants (0–18 months) in a carefully prepared environment
• Observe and assess children’s development and adapt strategies to meet individual needs
• Foster a positive, safe, and engaging environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and emotional well‑being
• Communicate effectively with families regarding children’s progress and classroom activities
• Maintain accurate records including attendance, assessments, and individualized learning plans
• Collaborate with team to create an inclusive, supportive learning workplace
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to the growth of the Montessori program

Pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour
