Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze construction specifications and drawings

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and pricing summaries

• Participate in bid meetings and project evaluation

• Maintain contractor databases and historical cost data

• Identify potential risks and key project considerations

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of estimating experience in industrial settings

• Relevant field experience in piping or mechanical disciplines

• Degree or diploma in Engineering or related field

• Solid understanding of construction documentation

• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
