This role is designed for individuals with a commercial electrical background and strong organizational skills. As a Project Coordinator, you will support Project Managers in tasks ranging from evaluating electrical drawings to managing procurement and schedules. Your keen eye for detail will help identify issues early on, allowing for timely resolution and effective communication with all project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review electrical drawings and assist in counts

• Manage procurement of lighting and switch gear

• Support permit submission and inspection processes

• Resolve design issues and equipment problems

• Maintain documentation and prepare comprehensive reports
Requirements:

• 3-5 years in construction administration

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam

• Ability to read blueprints and schematics

• Knowledge of compliance regulations

• College diploma or equivalent experience
