Position: Electrical Estimator Role for Engineering Services

As a key part of the engineering services team, you will have at least five years of estimating experience in heavy industries. Review engineering drawings, develop detailed estimates, and ensure the alignment of subcontractor quotes with project scopes. Maintain organized records for vendor pricing and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze engineering drawings and tender documents thoroughly

• Create comprehensive electrical estimates for project proposals

• Prepare formal proposal packages for evaluation and submission

• Assess subcontractor quotes for pricing accuracy

• Participate in site walk-downs to confirm project requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in electrical estimating

• Knowledge of medium- and high-voltage electrical systems

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities

• Postsecondary educational background in electrical trades or engineering
