Wesgar is offering a co-op placement for students pursuing Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering. This role emphasizes on-the-floor process observation and documentation, where your analytical skills will support continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborating with various teams, your contributions will directly impact productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Observe existing workflows to document and improve processes

• Develop process maps and operational flowcharts

• Analyze data to uncover delays and inefficiencies

• Manage and maintain data accuracy within reports

• Collaborate on Lean manufacturing and improvement projects

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering program

• Required strong skills in Microsoft Excel

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Hands-on approach toward production floor activities

• Availability of a valid driver’s license for local travel
