The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, programming, and implementing control systems for various sectors, including industrial, utility, and marine environments. This Automation Engineer position involves both field and office responsibilities in a dynamic team environment. Your key contributions will ensure that projects meet safety and budgetary guidelines while pushing the frontier of automation technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design electrical systems for industrial applications
• Program PLCs using Allen Bradley and Siemens hardware
• Develop HMIs on Factory Talk View and Ignition
• Interact with databases and IT systems
• Lead project execution and customer engagement
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field
• PLC programming and control system design experience
• Knowledge of ABB and Rockwell drives
• Proficient in AutoCAD or drafting software
• Valid driver's license for potential travel
