Strategic Project Manager at enCompass

Lead innovative projects at en Compass in Port Coquitlam, BC. As a Project Manager, you will utilize strategic skills to ensure project completion on time and on budget.

In this key role, you'll collaborate with the Engineering and PMO Teams to manage various projects across industries such as Utilities, Marine, and Manufacturing. Your expertise will ensure contractual commitments are met while maintaining safety standards and financial reporting accuracy, ultimately resulting in satisfied clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee small and large engineering projects

• Ensure compliance with customer and supplier commitments

• Collaborate with technical teams on project timelines

• Provide financial reporting with the accounting team

• Engage with Commercial team for new opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant diploma

• Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience

• Proven ability handling multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Valid driver's license
