We are currently seeking a motivated self-starter to join our Port Coquitlam Team as a full-time
Estimator!Asamemberofour Estimating Team ,youwillgainpracticalknowledgeoflocal

Fire&Life Safety regulations,our services,andourcustomercentricapproachtobestsupportourclientsandinternalteams.

Asan Estimatoryouwillberesponsibleforcreatingquotationsfordeficienciesandrepairsresultingfromannualinspections,service calls,repairvisits,andregularmaintenancevisits.

Youwillcollaboratecloselywithourbusinessdevelopmentandoperationsteamstoensureseamlessprojectexecutionandclientsatisfaction.

Thispositionoffersanexcitingopportunitytocontributetothegrowthandsuccessofourorganizationwhileworkinginadynamicandcollaborativeenvironment.

• Convertinspectionreportsintoapresentableformatforourclientsbyreviewing,editing,andfinalizingdata.
• Createquotationsbasedonnoteddeficiencies/repairsontheinspectionreportsand/orworkscopes.
• Createthequotation/proposalcoverletter.
• Liaisewithsuppliersandvendorsforpricingasneeded.
• Communicateandcoordinatewith Field Technicianstoverifyinformationoninspectionreportand /orworkscopetoensure
  
  Quotationsareaccurateandallencompassing.
• Followdepartmentguidelinesandmetricsasadvisedtoachievecompanystrategicgoals.
• Assistandsupportinternaldepartmentsasrequired.
• Collaborate with Account Manager sand Operationsregardingspecialorurgentrequests .
• Communicatecriticalinformationtocolleaguespertainingtovendors,products,equipment,pricing,andcompetitors.
• Maintainclearandopenlinesofcommunicationwithinternalteammemberstocontributetoanefficientworkflowprocess.
• Adheretoandpromotethecompany'score values,processes,policies and
