THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are currently seeking a motivated self-starter to join our Port Coquitlam Team as a full-time Estimator! Asamemberofour Estimating Team ,youwillgainpracticalknowledgeoflocal

Fire&Life Safety regulations,our services,andourcustomercentricapproachtobestsupportourclientsandinternalteams.

Asan Estimatoryouwillberesponsibleforcreatingquotationsfordeficienciesandrepairsresultingfromannualinspections,service calls,repairvisits,andregularmaintenancevisits.

Youwillcollaboratecloselywithourbusinessdevelopmentandoperationsteamstoensureseamlessprojectexecutionandclientsatisfaction.

Thispositionoffersanexcitingopportunitytocontributetothegrowthandsuccessofourorganizationwhileworkinginadynamicandcollaborativeenvironment.

Objectives&Responsibilitiesofthe Estimator:

Convertinspectionreportsintoapresentableformatforourclientsbyreviewing,editing,andfinalizingdata.

Createquotationsbasedonnoteddeficiencies/repairsontheinspectionreportsand/orworkscopes.

Createthequotation/proposalcoverletter.

Liaisewithsuppliersandvendorsforpricingasneeded.

Communicateandcoordinatewith Field Technicianstoverifyinformationoninspectionreportand /orworkscopetoensure

Quotationsareaccurateandallencompassing.

Followdepartmentguidelinesandmetricsasadvisedtoachievecompanystrategicgoals.

Assistandsupportinternaldepartmentsasrequired.

Collaborate with Account Manager sand Operationsregardingspecialorurgentrequests .

Communicatecriticalinformationtocolleaguespertainingtovendors,products,equipment,pricing,andcompetitors.

Maintainclearandopenlinesofcommunicationwithinternalteammemberstocontributetoanefficientworkflowprocess.

Adheretoandpromotethecompany'score values,processes,policies and

Occupational Healthand Safetyprotocols .

Additionaldutiesastheymayarise.

Experienceinorgeneral/technicalknowledgeofthe

Fire Prevention Industryisconsideredanasset .

Excellenttimemanagementandtaskprioritizationskills;abilitytomanagevarioushighprioritytaskswhileplanningforandmeetingdeadlinesasneeded.

Resourcefulnatureandabilitytothinkcritically;abletoproactivelyproblem-solveandprovidecustomercentricfocusedsolutions.

Musthaveexcellent Englishcommunicationskills(verbalandwritten).
