Position: Human Resources Coordinator for Plant Operations
Join Sofina Foods as a Human Resources Coordinator, focused on staffing hourly positions in plant operations. Shape HR initiatives, support recruitment, and ensure compliance with company policies.

In this role, reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will oversee hiring processes, provide guidance to employees, and manage HR-related inquiries. You will also contribute to labor relations, compliance with the Collective Agreement, and lead administrative functions related to health and safety and WCB paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment for hourly positions adhering to company standards

• Administer HR policies and enforce consistent compliance

• Assist with grievance management and Collective Agreement interpretation

• Organize Labour/Management meetings and document minutes

• Provide HR administrative support for operations and safety teams

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Human Resource Management preferred

• Experience in Labour Relations and grievance management

• Knowledge of recruitment methodologies in unionized settings

• Familiarity with WCB and Health and Safety regulations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
