VP of Implementation

Some roles manage implementation. This one owns it - end to end.

A leading enterprise software organization with decades of market leadership and hundreds of enterprise clients is seeking a Vice President of Implementation to lead their global professional services.

This is a full ownership seat for how complex, high-volume enterprise implementations are delivered, scaled, and measured across a multi-product environment. Reporting to the Chief Services Officer, you’ll own delivery performance, recovery when programs go off track, and the systems that enable scale.

• P&L performance
• Delivery execution
• Client escalations
• Technical governance
• Global operations
• AI embedded in delivery as standard practice - not an initiative

• 15+ years in professional services / implementation leadership
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise software implementations
• Strong financial acumen (forecasting, margin, capacity planning)
• Executive presence with CXO-level client experience
• Experience in regulated, data-heavy, or high-volume environments a plus

Highly competitive executive compensation with strong bonus potential. Fully remote across North America with up to ~30% travel.
