In this vCIO role with Active Co, a Recent Charter Technologies Company, you will function as a key advisor for diverse client accounts. You’ll focus on understanding their strategic goals, identifying tech‑driven solutions, and instilling confidence during client transitions. Regular travel to client sites will help you foster deeper connections and better align technological services with their unique needs.

• Act as a trusted advisor for managed client accounts
• Schedule and lead client meetings to discuss needs and roadmaps
• Develop new client opportunities for growth and efficiency
• Manage Qualified Services projects through all phases
• Provide timely service escalation management

• Relevant experience in managed IT or consulting
• MBA or similar qualifications preferred
• Natural relationship‑builder with communication skills
• Organized, with ability to multitask under pressure
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
