Position: Commercial Project Coordinator Needed
Join our team as a Commercial Project Coordinator, where you'll ensure the success of electrical projects through critical review and communication. This position involves coordinating activities for project execution in an in-office/on-site environment.

As a Project Coordinator, you will support Project Managers by reviewing electrical drawings, managing procurement, and facilitating stakeholder meetings. Your expertise in construction administration will be vital as you tackle discrepancies in plans and maintain compliance with relevant codes. We seek candidates with strong organizational skills and a commitment to integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and count electrical drawings with Project Managers

• Assist in procurement of materials like lighting and switch gear

• Log packing slips and assist in project scheduling

• Facilitate communication between suppliers and Project Managers

• Prepare detailed reports highlighting code violations

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of construction administration experience

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam

• Ability to read blueprints and field drawings

• Knowledge of compliance regulations

• College diploma or related experience
