The Equipment Manager is key in maintaining uniforms, gear, and club merchandise at PoCo FC. This part-time role involves cleaning and organizing equipment storage, coordinating equipment distribution, and ensuring accurate inventory records. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills to liaise with coaches, players, and volunteers effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate distribution and returns of equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records for all gear
• Organize and clean equipment storage areas
• Support uniform and merchandise coordination
• Track equipment packages and follow up on issues
Requirements:
• Detail-oriented and organized in handling tasks
• Proficient in Google and Microsoft applications
• Strong record-keeping and timeline management skills
• Clear and timely communication instincts
• Experience in sports or event equipment management
