PoCo FC is looking for an organized and reliable Equipment Manager to support the Club’s equipment, uniforms and club merchandise.

This is a part-time paid role that helps make sure teams, coaches and players have the equipment they need throughout the season. The role is well suited for someone who is detail-oriented, tidy, organized, comfortable with inventory tracking and confident using Google and Microsoft applications.

About the Role

The Equipment Manager is responsible for helping PoCo FC stay organized with uniforms, team gear, equipment storage, club merchandise and equipment-related support for events. This role requires someone who can manage details, follow through on timelines and communicate clearly with staff, coaches, managers and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate equipment distribution, returns and replacements
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for uniforms, balls, cones, bibs, coaching gear and club merchandise
  • Keep equipment storage areas clean, tidy and organized
  • Support uniform and apparel coordination
  • Track team equipment packages and follow up on missing or damaged items
  • Support club gear sales and merchandise tracking
  • Assist with equipment needs for club events such as Photo Day, jamborees and seasonal activities
  • Support the coach and manager recognition process each year
  • Coordinate equipment-related field issues with the appropriate club contact
  • Keep equipment-related files and records organized in Club-approved systems
Who This Role Is Best Suited For

This role is best suited for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable. The successful person should be comfortable keeping records, managing timelines and working with shared files.

Applicants should already be confident using Google and Microsoft applications. Strong computer skills are required for this role.

We are looking for someone who communicates clearly, responds in a timely way and takes pride in keeping equipment, records and storage areas organized.
