PoCo Return It is seeking a dedicated Bottle Depot Supervisor to oversee operations at its Port Coquitlam location. This permanent full-time position requires a strong background in logistics, staff recruitment, and environmental commitment. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating with departments, and troubleshooting operational issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational plans and priorities

• Oversee logistics and activities across departments

• Ensure effective machinery and equipment functionality

• Recruit, hire, and manage team members

• Recommend improvements to boost productivity and quality

Requirements:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

• 3 to 5 years of relevant supervisory experience

• Ability to work on-site with no remote option

• Commitment to environmental sustainability in operations

• Authorization to work in Canada
