As a pivotal member reporting to the Regional Manager, you will support ongoing facilities operations, strategic renovations, and project management. This regional role requires collaboration with contractors, service providers, and internal teams to maintain properties in top-notch condition, enhancing resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate maintenance activities and operational requirements

• Manage service requests and monitor work order completion

• Assist in planning preventative maintenance programs

• Support strategic renovations and capital project execution

• Prepare project status updates for leadership

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in relevant fields

• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or facilities management

• Knowledge of building systems like HVAC and plumbing

• Ability to travel to various sites as needed

• Conduct a criminal background check prior to employment
