- Providegeneraltechnicalknowledgeandexpertisetodepartmentswithintheorganization (such as installation, service, sales, etc.) as well as to clients
- Establishandmaintaineffectiveandcontinuouscommunicationwithcustomers
- Ensure that change-orders and add-ons are documented and are relayed to National Account Managers and the Manager, Project Coordination as per set procedures, so that additional charges can be applied as required
- Workcloselywiththe Salesleadtohelpdefinetheclient’srequirements
- Maintain National Accountsdatabaseand SBNiscurrentanduptodate
- Createandpublish Annualcustomer’sreviews
- Assistthesalesforceinthepreparationofquoteswhenrequired
- Ensurethatallrequireddocumentation,drawingsandsign-offsarereceivedsothattheproject can be properly closed-off
- Collaborate and participate, when required, in the development and/or evaluation of new products to provide expert technical feedback
- Collegeor Universitygraduate
- PMPCertificationanasset
- Musthave2yrs+of Electronic Security Project Management Skills
- Proven Project Managementskillswithtechnical ,complexandmediumtolargescale sized projects
- Experienceinsalesandormarketingwitha recordofdemonstratedachievementsand leadership
- Strongteamleader
- Willingnesstotravel
- Strong communication,organizationalandinterpersonalskills
