This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working on the production floor while documenting and analyzing processes to eliminate bottlenecks. You will play a key role in supporting operational visibility and Lean manufacturing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and maintain operational and production data

• Develop reports, dashboards, and process maps

• Analyze workflow data for operational insights

• Support team coordination in process discussions

• Recommend enhancements for productivity and efficiency

Requirements:

• Current enrollment in an Engineering program

• Strong technical skills in Excel and Lean principles

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Hands-on approach with time on the production floor

• Driver’s license required for site travel
