Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this role emphasizes technical proficiency and quality assurance. You will set up and operate extrusion machines, interpret blueprints, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain production standards. You'll work in a clean and organized environment, reinforcing workplace safety policies. Your skills will make a direct impact on product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up extrusion machines based on production needs

• Interpret diagrams to ensure precise production

• Monitor quality and adjust processes as necessary

• Conduct minor maintenance and equipment troubleshooting

• Record production activities accurately in internal systems

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous experience in manufacturing is a plus
