Position: Experienced Brake Press Operator Needed
We are seeking an Experienced Brake Press Operator to enhance our production capabilities. This position focuses on operating CNC equipment efficiently while ensuring safety and cleanliness in the workspace.

As a Brake Press Operator, you’ll be responsible for programming CNC equipment, executing complex tasks, and ensuring quality output meets high standards. Your engagement with engineering and quality assurance teams will ensure compliance with precise specifications. Your meticulous documentation of process changes will contribute to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and optimize brake/punch press operations

• Select and align tooling with rigorous precision

• Execute first-article production and inspections

• Document all process changes for traceability

• Maintain clean and safe equipment and workspace

Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED

• Demonstrable brake or punch press experience

• Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs

• Willing to work 2nd or 3rd shifts

• Capable of basic math and clear communication
