Production Manager in Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturing

This full-time role at our facility requires a dynamic Production Manager with at least five years of expertise in the kitchen cabinet industry. Your leadership will enhance continuous improvement efforts, while your organizational skills will help meet tight deadlines effectively. Familiarity with IMOS software will support the operational workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain production schedules

• Evaluate operational performance daily

• Direct quality inspections and product standards

• Read blueprints for accurate production

• Manage hiring, training, and staff development
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent

• 5 years of production management experience

• Kitchen cabinet manufacturing specialization

• Knowledge in IMOS software

• Ability to handle large workloads
