• Implement new production machinery with manufacturing projects

• Complete performance testing alongside operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent

• 15+ years in manufacturing with 5+ in electronics

• Proven track record in process improvement initiatives

• Strong project management skills, formal certification preferred

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
