Electrical Production Supervisor

In this permanent full-time role, you are crucial for overseeing shop operations while directly engaging in assembly tasks. Candidates should have a background in electrical trades, particularly those who are 4th-year apprentices.

Your role will involve leading a team, solving production challenges, and ensuring safety and efficiency on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise shop production and manage a team effectively

• Support daily tasks and scheduling requirements

• Execute drilling and fastening of control enclosure components

• Assemble and bay large modular control systems

• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:

• Preference for 4th-year electrical apprentices or experienced leads

• Ability to work independently with a clean workspace

• Skilled in interpreting electrical schematics

• Experience with VFD and PLC systems beneficial

• High energy and enthusiasm to engage with the team
