Closets by Design is hiring a General Laborer to join our innovative team. Your responsibilities will include operating woodworking machines, managing assembly standards, and ensuring safety in our shop. You will learn about various product lines while assisting with daily operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain woodworking machinery

• Understand and execute company assembly standards

• Comply with quality and safety measures

• Review and follow cut lists for projects

• Engage in extra projects under the Production Manager’s guidance

Requirements:

• Preferably some experience in woodworking or cabinet-making

• Familiar with woodworking tools and equipment is beneficial

• Ability to solve problems and multitask effectively

• Previous woodworking experience is an advantage

• A passion for craftsmanship and service is essential
