We are currently hiring a Shop Assistant who will work in our production team. You will be responsible for operating woodworking machinery, adhering to company standards, and maintaining shop tools. This role is ideal for organized individuals passionate about learning and excelling in a fulfilling job environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage woodworking machinery daily

• Abide by safety and quality protocols

• Maintain and schedule shop equipment

• Review and understand cut lists for assigned work

• Collaborate on tasks assigned by the Production Manager

Requirements:

• Background in woodworking or cabinet-making preferred

• Experience with machinery and hand tools is advantageous

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks

• Prior woodworking exposure preferred, but not mandatory
