About

the Role

Vitacore is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This hands‑on role involves operating and monitoring mask manufacturing equipment, ensuring products meet quality standards, completing production records, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, reliable, and takes pride in producing high‑quality products in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust mask manufacturing equipment.
  • Inspect products to ensure they meet quality and production standards.
  • Identify and report machine issues, product defects, or abnormalities.
  • Complete production records and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Replenish raw materials and packaging supplies as required.
  • Package finished products according to specifications.
  • Perform routine cleaning and basic machine maintenance.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production area.
  • Assist with other production‑related duties as required.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety‑conscious.
Compensation
  • $23-$26 per hour.
