Pediatric Nursing Support - LPN

Support young patients as a dedicated Pediatric 1:1 Nurse. Provide critical overnight nursing care in the comfort of children's homes while enjoying competitive wages and flexible schedules.

This role is designed for an independent Licensed Practical Nurse to offer 1:1 respite care tailored to pediatric clients' unique needs. You will work overnight, ensuring the safety and comfort of children with medical complexities while collaborating effectively with their families and caregivers. Strong communication skills are essential for success in this caring environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overnight 1:1 nursing care for pediatric clients

• Ensure a safe and nurturing home environment

• Maintain effective communication with families

• Work independently to manage care effectively

• Adapt nursing practices according to client needs

Requirements:

• Must hold a practicing registration with BCCNM

• CPR ‘C’ or better certification is necessary

• Proven ability to work autonomously

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Reside within 80km from Port Coquitlam
