As a member of the health care team, you will provide critical psychiatric nursing services to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized nursing interventions

• Facilitate group and individual counseling sessions

• Advocate for client rights and autonomy

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

• Train and mentor new nursing staff

Requirements:

• Graduation from a recognized nursing program

• Current registration with BCCNM as a nurse

• One year of psychiatric nursing experience

• Familiarity with recovery-oriented practices

• Strong observational and reporting skills
