The Seasonal Garden Centre Trainer plays a vital role in boosting customer satisfaction and maintaining product presentation. You will oversee daily activities, facilitate training for seasonal staff, and ensure that garden centers meet visual standards. This seasonal position runs from mid-April to the end of May and includes a minimum of five days of work weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily garden center operations and maintenance

• Assist with inventory management and product merchandising

• Provide excellent customer support and plant advice

• Conduct staff training sessions and assessments

• Monitor quality control for plant inventory

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years in garden center or retail

• Knowledge of gardening and landscaping practices

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• Flexible schedule for weekends during peak seasons
