Musician Sales and Rental Specialist

In this full-time position, your role will focus on understanding customer needs and matching them with the right products. Excellent communication is essential, as you will also handle inquiries and demonstrate items. You will participate in training to maintain current knowledge of our offerings and help create a welcoming store atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through product selection and rentals

• Demonstrate instruments and explain features

• Answer calls and resolve customer issues

• Follow up on product orders efficiently

• Maintain store cleanliness and orderliness

Requirements:

• Must be a musician proficient in at least one instrument

• Availability for weekdays, weeknights, and weekends

• Strong verbal communication abilities

• Positive demeanor and composure in various situations

• Experience in retail or sales valued
