Inside Sales Representative - HVAC

location is currently seeking an Inside HVAC Sales Representative

As an Inside HVAC Sales Representative, you'll work closely with the outside sales team and be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating and nurturing leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Salary is $60,320.00 annually, plus commission and other perks. Wages scaled based on education and/or experience.

• Be professional, respectful and willing to assist customers and colleagues
• Clear, concise and polite communication
• Research products, generate quotes, place orders
• Pull orders, load vehicles as needed
• Support and promote vendor/customer events
• Staying informed about product and service information updates
• Making product recommendations
• Pull orders and load vehicles as needed

• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Familiar with industry and/or products
• Completion of Grade 12
• Capable of lifting 50lbs minimum
• Sales/Customer Service experience

• Certified Hydronics Designer preferred
• Sales/Customer Service experience
• Familiar with the plumbing and heating industry and/or products
