New Home Sales Manager

More homes are on the way at Mosaic, and we're looking for a great sales leader to grow with us.

As a senior member of our sales team, you'll bring your knowledge of the market, build meaningful connections with home buyers, and help bring new communities to life. From generating sales and preparing contracts to supporting successful sales launches, you'll play an important role in creating a great home buying experience.

You'll also bring out the best in your team. Leading by example, you'll coach, mentor and support the people around you, making sure our model homes always look their best, and every potential homeowner feels welcome, informed and well cared for. This is a 100% commissioned role initially based at a Mosaic site in the Tricities area.

Mosaic is a vertically integrated real estate development company with a focus in the Greater Vancouver area. Mosaic’sin-house team manages every stage of the new development process—from land acquisition, design, and approvals to financing, construction, marketing, and sales—delivering new multi-family high-rise, low-rise, and townhome communities across the region.

Mosaic also develops and operates income-producing properties, including purpose-built rental communities, commercial retail, and office space.

Over the past 25 years, and with more than 8,000 homes constructed, Mosaic has remained committed to designing and building A Better Home.

You have experience as a realtor and an extensive network of relationships and connections in the Tricities and Burnaby area. You are comfortable working 5 days a week including some weekends and holidays.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have prior experience coaching, mentoring, and training a sales team.

You are passionate about customer service and know what it takes to ensure everyone has a great experience every step of the way. You are positive, professional, and polished.

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. A second language is an asset.
