Enhance residents' quality of life as a Casual Residence Worker with Connective. This role supports mental health in a home-like setting with flexible shifts, including overnight options.
Join Connective, a non-profit organization focused on social services, as a Casual Residence Worker. You will support individuals in housing programs, contributing to care plans and maintaining facility operations. Your work will involve providing emotional support and assisting with various programs that support residents' goals and rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop care plans with the Program Manager
• Ensure residents comply with facility rules
• Provide emotional support to residents and families
• Participate in recreational and educational programs
• Model positive behaviours and life skills
Requirements:
• Diploma in Social Services preferred
• One year relevant experience preferred
• Ability to respond well in crises
• Valid class 5 driver’s license required
• Successful Vulnerable Persons Criminal Records Check
Support residents in achieving their goals with Connective while fostering a safe and inclusive community.
