This temporary, part-time position requires you to support adults with developmental disabilities by coordinating community participation and providing essential skills training. With a focus on fostering independence, you’ll help clients achieve their goals with hands-on support and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate client participation in community activities

• Provide behavioral support in various tasks

• Employ adaptive technology for mobility needs

• Tailor activities to ensure client involvement

• Document client progress and maintain records

Requirements:

• Hold a Class 5 BC Driver’s License

• Reliable vehicle for client transport

• Valid first aid with CPR/AED certification

• Experience in developmental disabilities is preferred

• Criminal Record Clearance is essential
