Position: Community Engagement Life Skills Role
Join Community Integration Services Society as a Seasonal Life Skills Worker dedicated to community engagement and support for individuals with developmental disabilities. Make a difference by promoting active participation in fun activities.

This role involves helping clients enjoy community outings and learn vital life skills, available for eight days throughout July and August. Our work hours are flexible, ensuring you enjoy a healthy work-life balance with weekends off, enabling you to thrive personally and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support clients in accessing community activities

• Offer behavioral assistance for various tasks

• Facilitate adaptive technology for mobility

• Modify daily activities for client participation

• Develop and maintain client documentation

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License

• Comprehensive business insurance coverage

• First aid training valid with CPR/AED

• Relevant experience with developmental disabilities

• Criminal Record Clearance
