Key Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with daily activities and community engagement

• Follow personalized health care plans and protocols

• Provide safe transport to appointments and activities

• Document interactions and maintain accurate records

• Support life skills development and community integration

Requirements:

• Class 4 or 5 BC Driver’s License with clean record

• Minimum 1 year experience in a related field

• Knowledge of positive behaviour management

• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications

• Completion of a Criminal Record Check
