CISS has served adults with developmental disabilities for over 30 years, and is looking for caring individuals to help clients engage in community activities. This permanent position involves providing behavioral support and adapting activities as needed while maintaining detailed client records. Candidates should be active participants and effective communicators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in community integration activities

• Provide behavioral support for individuals with challenges

• Utilize adaptive technology and mobility aids

• Adjust activities daily to support client engagement

• Maintain reports and client documentation

Requirements:

• Class 5 BC Driver’s License and dependable vehicle

• Current first aid and CPR/AED training

• Background working with developmental disabilities

• Clear criminal record

• Possession of Food Safe and WHMIS is a plus
