Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in pursuing learning and employment goals

• Provide effective coaching and support tailored to individuals

• Adjust activities daily to boost inclusion

• Maintain comprehensive client records and data analysis

• Create programs aligned with individual aspirations and measurable outcomes

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in Community Social Services or equivalent

• Certificate in Employment Counseling preferred

• Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License

• Reliable vehicle for client transportation

• Certification in first aid with CPR/AED
