Flex Driver

This is an interview position. To ensure timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, load/unload vehicle and provide exceptional customer service to our client base. Flexible shift opportunities (min and max hours, days of work parameters will be determined based on business requirements).

• Deliver packages to predetermined customers on specific routes.
• Review orders prior to delivery.
• Load and unload vehicle.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
• Work flexible shifts per business requirements.

• Post Secondary:
  High school diploma or educational equivalent.
• Professional accreditation:
  Valid full G license / Class 5 driver’s license.
• Technical skills:
  Solid knowledge of the following; achieve minimum threshold on mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training; successfully complete all basic and re‑currency training; ability to lift 70 lbs; some knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations is an asset.
• Interpersonal skills:
  Good interpersonal and communication skills; good time management and organizational skills; excellent customer service skills; ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a highly pressured environment.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum entry requirement none; one (1) year customer oriented business experience preferred.
• Other requirements:
  In the province of Quebec, must be bilingual (French and English).
• Other:
  Ability to work varying shifts based on business needs; must be able to complete mandatory testing and training; must be able to operate in a PC Windows environment; must maintain annual accreditations where applicable.
