Position: Fulfillment Center Supervisor Evening Hours

The role requires first-line management skills to oversee performance, evaluate operational processes, and improve team dynamics. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan strategies to meet departmental objectives

• Conduct training and performance appraisals

• Improve processes through feedback and action plans

• Analyze daily and weekly performance reports

• Ensure a safe working environment for staff

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of related warehouse experience

• Supervisory experience preferred (1 to 2 years)

• Ability to utilize warehouse equipment

• Knowledgeable in productivity standards and analysis

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
